Promoting Innovation Within the Organization

Thachang Green Energy Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries recognize the importance of integrating innovation into business operations and work practices at every level. The Group promotes new ideas, creativity, and continuous improvement to enhance process efficiency, strengthen competitiveness, and create sustainable organizational growth.

Beginning in 2025, the Group initiated and planned an annual “Innovation Day” as an important platform for fostering an innovative organizational culture. Employees from all functions and Group companies are encouraged to jointly develop and present ideas or solutions that can be applied in practice, while exchanging knowledge, experience, and best practices.

The Group expects innovations to be developed systematically, in accordance with appropriate standards, and to deliver tangible results. Innovation is not limited to new technologies; it also includes process improvement, operating efficiency, cost and loss reduction, enhanced quality and safety, and value creation for society and the environment.

Innovation Day is therefore an important mechanism for advancing the Group toward becoming an Innovative Organization that embraces change, encourages experimentation, and learns continuously, transforming creative ideas into practical improvements and outcomes.

By integrating innovation into organizational culture and business operations, the Group seeks to enhance employee capabilities, improve work processes, establish new operating standards, and advance stable and sustainable growth while remaining prepared for future change.
