Tree Planting and Fish Releasing Activity on National Annual Tree Day 2026
Thachang Green Energy Public Company Limited (TGE) and Thachang Industry Group (TCG) supported their employees participation in the preparing and developing the area for the event venue, as well as contributing a total of 2,000 fish fingerlings, comprising Jullien's golden carp (Pla Yisok) and Java barb (Pla Tapian), for the National Arbor Day 2026 activities held at Ban Na Prue Overflow Weir, Moo 3, Tha Chang Subdistrict, Tha Chang District, Surat Thani Province.The event was presided over by Mr. Sukho Kaewbuathong, President of the Tha Chang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, together with executives, council members, heads of government agencies, subdistrict administrative staff, community leaders, volunteer groups, local residents, and representatives from the private sector.The Group also encouraged and supported its employees to actively participate in the activities, reflecting its commitment to environmental conservation, community engagement, and the enhancement of natural resources for sustainable development.
Objectives:
- To increase green spaces, create a more pleasant and shaded environment, and foster environmental awareness and a sense of responsibility for natural resource conservation within the community.
- To restore and preserve forest conditions, as well as rehabilitate the ecological structure of the forest ecosystem in Tha Chang District, Surat Thani Province.
